Terms of Use
Last updated October 2, 2026
By creating an account or using Sermon Database you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Your content
What you put into the app — sermons, notes, logs, calendar and travel entries — belongs to you. You give us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you. You are responsible for what you enter, and you confirm you have the right to store it.
Using the app
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Don't try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, probe or attack it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
- Don't use automated tools to create accounts or hammer the service.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is and may change, pause or be unavailable at times. Keep your own copy of anything important — the Import / Export button downloads your data.
No warranty and limits on liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator isn't liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from using the app.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.
Privacy
How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, the date above will be updated. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
